Each guild invitation counts as a member spot. (For Fortress level 20, if you have 15 accepted members, you can only send 5 invites). Also it dictates that no guild may have more than 50 members.
The level of your guild treasure determines your guild bonus gold. Each level is multiplicative of 2. (. Treasure Level 12= 24% gold bonus) Note that successful guild raids also add to your gold bonuses.

Guild Administration Edit
Is indicated by a crown symbol next to their name in the guild list. Guild leaders, have power to send invites, appoint guild officers, buy guild upgrades, and to kick guild members. One can become a guild leader by forming a guild, or inheriting the position from a previous Guild Leader. **Note that guild leaders inactive for 21 days may be subject to replacement by one of its own officers.
Is indicated by a crest icon. Officers have all the same powers of a guild leader, except for appointment of other guild officers. In the case that a Guild leader is inactive for 21 days, a guild officer may be promoted to guild leader.
Guild members can participate in guild wars, raids, and help donate to the guild bank. Note that donations are important for the guild to improve, and buy more upgrades. It is recommended for newer guilds to prioritise on upgrades rather than guild wars.
